I believe in housing that’s affordable and built to last. Together, let’s strive for housing solutions that are accessible to everyone and designed for long-term sustainability, guaranteeing stable and secure homes for our families.

As the 201st Legislative District’s next State Representative, Johnny will work to ensure every Pennsylvania has a place to call home. That means addressing the eviction crisis and increasing protections for renters. Johnny will also increase the supply of affordable housing by increasing state dollars to local and municipal government agencies in the Commonwealth along with spearheading zoning reform, and partnering with the Governor and the Parker Administration to increase access to affordable housing vouchers. Johnny will also work to fight systemic racism and promote Black and Brown homeownership by combating lending discrimination, strengthening down payment assistance programs, access to low-interest loans, and rent-to-own programs.

• Promote and Invest in Black and Brown homeownership and prevent homelessness.
• Combat the historic effects of redlining by fighting back against discriminatory lending practices and ensuring critical state resources are accessible to Pennsylvania’s.
• Reduce Evictions to protect the more than 370,000 families at risk in the Commonwealth.
• Allocate permanent funding for programs that provide Pennsylvania’s with access to legal support, rent relief, and eviction prevention and diversion programs.
